I. Download Phoenix Service Software 2011.02.000.44842.exe

IV. Following the procedure

1 Open Phoenix Service Software
2 Click on file menu on top
3 Select Open Product From file Menu
4 new window will pop up then select model click ok
5 Click on Flashing menu then select firmware update
6 Select Product file then click on dead usb
7 Click on Refubrish

it will start your flashing with dead usb

Note: firmware should be in phoenix directory i.e C:/Programme File/Nokia/Phoenix/products/RM-675
